Shipping
In-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. US standard shipping is $4.99, or free on orders $69+. Holiday offer: free US standard shipping on eligible one-time orders $50+ through December 31, 2026. Express shipping is excluded. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.Most deliveries arrive within 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping & offer details
Product prices exclude tax and shipping. Any eligible discounts appear at checkout. Free shipping applies to eligible US standard shipping orders. Express shipping is excluded, and final eligibility and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout. All boxes in an order ship to one delivery address. Holiday packaging is included only where stated on the product page; optional packaging upgrades are priced separately.
Where the complimentary scarf offer is shown, an eligible one-time order of three or more boxes qualifies for one scarf, while gift supplies last. The offer applies only when the gift is available and confirmed in your cart. One scarf per order. Subscription orders do not qualify.
Holiday packaging preorders
Holiday gift boxes are sold out, with more expected in about two weeks. Orders with holiday packaging ship after the boxes are back in stock, with delivery time on top of that. Restock timing is an estimate. Choose standard teal packaging to have in-stock bars ship within 1 to 2 business days instead.
Returns
All sales are final, and we don't accept returns or exchanges because our bars are food products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us at hello@samsaranutrition.com. We'll review it and, when appropriate, make it right with a replacement or refund.
