The Inspiration
The peanut snack, grown up.
The Indian snack drawer always has chikki: dry-roasted peanuts bound with jaggery, sweet and crunchy and impossible to stop at one. I wanted a protein bar that captured that sweet-savory profile, with warm masala spice layered in.
Roasted peanuts for the crunch, coriander and warm spices for the masala layer, a touch of natural sweetness to balance. Sweet-savory and satisfying, the kind you reach for twice.
The one your dad will steal from the pantry.
