How to stock better protein snacks at the office
A useful office snack program is easy to understand, easy to restock, and varied enough that people still want it next month.

Start with the people, not the case size
Before ordering, estimate how many people use the kitchen on a typical day and how often they reach for packaged snacks. A hybrid office may need less weekly inventory than its total headcount suggests.
Run a small first order, note what disappears, and adjust. One month of actual consumption is more useful than a perfect spreadsheet built on guesses.
Make the choices legible
Employees should be able to see flavor, protein, sugar, and allergen information without searching for a product page. Keep packages facing forward and do not mix loose bars in an unlabeled bin.
Samsāra publishes full ingredients, nutrition panels, and allergens for every flavor. All three flavors contain milk and almond, and Masala Peanut also contains peanut.
Variety beats an oversized single flavor order
A mix of fruity, warm-spiced, and sweet-savory options serves more moods than a stack of one flavor. It also helps an office learn what to reorder before committing to larger quantities.
Pair protein bars with simple alternatives such as fruit, roasted snacks, and sparkling water. The goal is a useful snack area, not a wall of nearly identical products.
Set a restock rhythm
Choose one person to own the count, set a minimum level, and reorder before the last few bars are gone. Store protein bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sun and heat vents.
Samsāra offers recurring delivery for offices, coworking spaces, and wellness programs. Start with your team size and preferred cadence, then adjust as actual usage becomes clear.
